Pickled Mango

Wash the green mangoes, peel them, and cut into strips.

Put the cut mangoes in a large clean bowl and marinate them with salt for four hours.

Drain the marinated mango to dryness. You can use cold boiled water to refill the water so that it is not too salty.

Finally, put the mangoes in a glass box, add sugar, if you like spicy food, you can also put peppers, so it’s hot and sour and sweet.
5.
Put it in the refrigerator and eat it the next day.
