Pickled Olives

Wash fresh olives and dry

Wash mountain ginger and chop small pieces
3.
Put a small handful of olives into a stone mill and mash, then add a handful of mountain ginger to mash
4.
Add a small handful of raw salt to mash, mix well, and scoop up. Mash all olives in the same way.
5.
Finally, it is compacted into the vial, sealed and stored.
