Olive Pork Lung Soup

The lungs of pigs are grabbed and washed with salt, blanched once with blood, and washed once with cold water.

Cut each olive in two and slice the ginger.

Prepare enough water in a saucepan, add pork lungs, olives, and ginger slices, and bring to a boil.

Remove the floating objects on the pot from time to time.

Simmer for an hour on low heat.

Add salt before serving to taste.

Tips:
If you have time, you can simmer for more than one and a half hours. If you want to make it more convenient, use an electric saucepan to simmer. The stew is good at night and you can drink it in the morning.
