Pickled Pepper Boneless Chicken Feet

1. Wash the carrots and boil in water to remove

2. Put some water, white vinegar and salt in the ginger slices and bring to a boil

3. Add a bottle of pickled peppers to the boiled water and let cool, then add carrots

4. Wash chicken feet

5. Put bay leaves, cinnamon, ginger and chicken feet in the pot

6. Add cooking wine and water and boil for about 10 minutes

7. Remove and rinse with tap water (to remove mucus)

8. Soak the cooked chicken feet in cold boiled water

9. Put it in the pickled pepper sauce

10. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 24 hours

11. Finished product

Tips:

It’s best to put a proper amount of pepper (I didn’t put it because I didn’t have it)
