Braised Boneless Chicken Feet

Wash chicken feet and add cooking wine to blanch water.

Rinse the blanched chicken feet in water.

Drain the water and fry in a pan until golden brown and remove.

Take another pot and add the fried chicken feet and add ginger, star anise, cooking wine, chili, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and water.
5.
Bring to a high heat, turn to low heat and cook until the chicken feet are delicious.
6.
Collect the juice.
7.
Plate.
