Thai Sour and Spicy Chicken Feet

Boneless chicken feet ready-made in the supermarket, put water in a pot to boil, pour the chicken feet into the hot water for 3 minutes, pour the picked chicken feet into the ice water prepared in advance, so as to keep the chicken feet chewy

The most important sauce: cut the lime in half, squeeze the juice out and put it in a bowl, shred small onions (use red onions instead of onions at home), shred ginger and garlic, and put them in a bowl of lime juice. You can start adding chicken powder, vinegar, fish sauce, salt, sugar, Thai sweet chili sauce, and the wine is evenly mixed and it is ok. Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can add some small red peppers. If you want to look good, you can add some green onions, tear them into thin strips by hand, and add some coriander to garnish.
