Pickled Pepper Kelp Root

Buy the kelp root that has been soaked, soak in clean water for about half an hour, clean it repeatedly, put it in a pot, cook it, remove the cold water, control the moisture, and cut it into diamond-shaped pieces.

Garlic peeled, washed and sliced

Sprinkle in the kelp and prepare the juice

Stir the juice into the kelp root, it is better to have no kelp root

The other half is marinated with a bag of pickled peppers. For those who want to eat but can’t be too spicy, just pour the pickled peppers directly. If it’s spicy enough, cut a part of the pickled peppers and marinate them for a more delicious taste. You can add some sesame oil and sesame oil to mix it to taste better.
Tips:
1. The juice itself is sour, sweet and salty. If the concentration is not enough, add sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce and other seasonings appropriately.
2. Drain the cut kelp and put it in the sauce. Choose the thicker kelp, preferably the root, so that it tastes good and tastes better;
3. If you like spicy food, chop up pickled peppers to make the spicy flavor better.
