Yam is not medicine! But once you are fascinated by its delicacy, you will be obsessed with it; liking its taste is far more healthy than taking medicine!

Pork Ribs, Kelp and Yam Soup

1. Wash 500 grams of fresh pork short ribs.

2. Put cold water into the pot.

3. Add ingredients, dried chili, bay leaves, green onions, ginger, and salt.

4. Bring to a boil, skim off the froth, and simmer slowly.

5. Cut the kelp root into diamond-shaped slices.

6. Peel the yam and cut into hob pieces, and cut the carrot into round pieces.

7. Boil the ribs for about 30 minutes and change to high heat.

8. Add kelp.

9. Continue to add yam and carrots.

10. Add the cooked peanuts.

11. Bring to a boil, change to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.

12. Add pepper, MSG, and sugar. Simmer for a few more minutes.

13. Put it out of the pot and put it in the soup bowl.
