Seaweed Pork Ribs Soup

Chop the fresh fine ribs into even sections and wash them. Put cold water into the pot.

Cut scallions into sections, slice ginger, and set aside with dried chilies, bay leaves, and aniseed.

Add all the spices to the pot, add salt, bring the cooking wine to a boil on high heat, skim the froth, and simmer for about 30-40 minutes.

After the ribs are cooked, remove the excess ribs. Leave the ribs soup, aniseed, ginger, and dried chili in the pot.

Drop the kelp root strips.

Add the tofu cubes and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped green onion in the soup basin and pour two drops of sesame oil.

Add sliced tomatoes.

Pick out the excess spices from the pot, add salt, monosodium glutamate, and pepper.

Put the well-tuned ribs soup into the soup bowl.
Tips:
It takes more time to cook ribs, so you can cook more at a time. Scoop out the excess ribs. Let cool and refrigerate. Can make other delicious dishes.
If the pork rib soup tastes too strong, you can add some hot water. Make the soup again.
