Pickled Pepper Pork Liver

1. Marinate the thin slices of pork liver with starch and cooking wine, cut the pickled pepper into sections, slice the small red pepper, ginger and garlic, cut the green onions diagonally, and cook the fungus in boiling water.

2. Stir-fry pork liver in a hot pot with oil for half a minute

3. Then add oil to heat, pour in the cut pickled peppers, pickled ginger and garlic, stir fry the small red peppers for a while

4. Add scallions and fungus, stir fry for half a minute, pour in the half-cooked pork liver

5. Continue to stir-fry, I like tender liver, so it will start after a while.
