Pickled Pepper Wing Root

1. Prepare all the ingredients and blanch the roots of the wings.

2. Put rapeseed oil in a hot pan, add millet pepper and garlic to fry until fragrant.

3. Put the wing roots, pour in the cooking wine, high heat, and stir fry.

4. When the juice is dry, pour in water.

5. Cover the pot and bring to a boil on high heat. Change to medium and low heat and cook for about 10 minutes.

6. Add the green pepper and salt, cover the pot again and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

7. Add garlic leaves and pickled peppers.

8. Season with shiitake mushroom soy sauce, stir and stir well over high heat.

9. Finished product.
