Pickled Toon Buds

1. Wash the toon buds, remove impurities, and soak in clean water for 10 minutes.

2. Boil water in a pot and cook until the toon sprouts turn green.

3. Remove the dry water.

4. Put it in a clean box with a layer of toon buds and a layer of salt.

5. Place it neatly and press it down appropriately.
