Pickled Toon Buds

Wash the toon buds, remove impurities, and soak in clean water for 10 minutes.

Boil water in a pot and cook until the toon sprouts turn green.
3.
Remove the dry water.
4.
Put it in a clean box with a layer of toon buds and a layer of salt.
5.
Place it neatly and press it down appropriately.
6.
You can eat it in about 2 days. Wash off the excess salt with water when you eat it.
7.
You can put it in the refrigerator for storage, or freeze it for a long time.
