Pickled Toon Sprouts

Wash the toon buds;

Dry the water, be sure to dry it, and do not bring raw water;

Place the dried toon sprouts in a clean pot, and sprinkle a spoonful of salt on a layer of toon sprouts;

Layer by layer;

On the top, buckle a flat plate, press a heavy object (garlic mortar) on top, and pickle for 3 days;
6.
This is the case after 3 days, then you can eat it or freeze it in bags;
7.
Taste the taste, rinse with water if it is too salty;
Tips:
There is no difficulty, there must be no raw water, and the toon buds must be dried.
