Pickled Toon Sprouts

Choose the red toon buds...the taste is good

Wash and control dry for later use

Boil the water and blanch it for a few seconds, and it will turn green. Take it out immediately.

Spread the hot toon buds flat on the tray... Dry them in a cool, ventilated place...

After drying the surface water, find a suitable container (preferably glass or ceramic) and sprinkle a handful of salt on the bottom (sea salt tastes better)

Place the toon buds evenly layer by layer... Remember to sprinkle salt on each layer
7.
You can sprinkle more salt on the last layer...
8.
Seal it and place it in a cool place to wait for the magic of time
Tips:
It must be marinated for more than three days before tasting...otherwise it will be harmful to the body
