Pickled Vegetable Powder

Soak sweet potato flour softly and cut short.

Wash the sauerkraut again and squeeze out the water.
3.
Peel and shred pork belly.
4.
Boil water in a pot, add sweet potato flour and cook too cool.

Add lard to the pot, add pork belly and fry until the color changes.
6.
Add green onion, ginger, garlic and dried red pepper and saute until fragrant.
7.
Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce and black bean soy sauce and stir well.
8.
Add sauerkraut and stir fry.
9.
Add sweet potato flour and stir well.
10.
Add salt and sugar and stir well again.
Tips:
Sauerkraut eats oil, it will be more fragrant to stir-fry with lard.
