Pickling of Chinese Cabbage with Hot and Sour Pickled Pepper

Ingredients: Wash and drain Chinese cabbage, garlic, ginger slices

Add vinegar, chili oil, salt, sesame oil, garlic, ginger slices, dried chilies, pickled peppers (you can buy them in stores) into a large bowl of Chinese cabbage, pickle them with your hands, pour them into a glass jar and seal. Keep in a cool place.

Then there is a long wait... Experiments show that it is super delicious.
