This is a soup that is very suitable for autumn and winter, to nourish the dryness of autumn. I classify it as an efficacy soup because the taste is not very pleasant.

As a daughter-in-law of the North of Guangdong, I know how different the definition of soup is in the north and south. At least Comrade Meat Pie and my mother-in-law can't even accept using pig lungs for soup, haha.

Ingredients

Pig's Lung, Grass Root, Snow Pear, Southern and Northern Apricot Soup

1. Cut pig lungs into pieces, boil for 10 minutes, remove and wash; cut Sydney pear; cut grass roots into sections; pat on the back of the northern and southern apricots.

2. Put all the processed materials into a casserole, boil cold water, and boil for 2 to 3 hours.

Tips:

1. Pork lungs can be cut into larger pieces, which will shrink a lot after being cooked.
2. The north and south apricots are the south almond and the north almond.
3. The dried tangerine peel can be used to replace the north and south apricots, which has better cough relieving effect.
