Pig's Lung, Grass Root, Snow Pear, Southern and Northern Apricot Soup

Cut pig lungs into pieces, boil for 10 minutes, remove and wash; cut Sydney pear; cut grass roots into sections; pat on the back of the northern and southern apricots.
