Pig Dumplings

Add appropriate amount of warm water to the glutinous rice flour and stir gently with chopsticks.

Knead it into a three-light dough with your hands, cover it and let it stand for a while.

Divide the dough into two large portions and one small portion. Knead a small portion of red yeast rice flour into a small portion to form a dough of two colors, one white and one powder, and then rub the red bean paste into small balls for later use.

Take a piece of glutinous rice dough and knead it into a small bowl.

Put the bean paste filling in the center of the noodles.

Push up from all sides to the center, close the mouth, round it, and reshape it slightly.

Take an appropriate amount of pink dough, squeeze it into two triangles for ears and an oval for nose, and stick them to the appropriate positions.

Use toothpicks to pierce two small holes for nostrils, and stick two black sesame seeds for eyes.

Make a few more, put in boiling water and boil for a few minutes until cooked.

Just serve it out and eat it.
