I am from the Northeast, and Shizhu Cai is an authentic Northeastern dish, which I especially love. Today, the fellow gave me some pig blood sausages. I was very happy and made this delicious dish.

Pig Vegetable

1. Sliced pork belly

2. Sauerkraut shredded

3. Boiled pork sausage cut into sections

4. After the oil is hot, add the pepper and star anise and fry it for a fragrance

5. Add the meat and stir fry

6. Add green onion, ginger, garlic and soy sauce and stir fry

7. Add sauerkraut and stir fry

8. Add appropriate amount of water and salt, cover and stew

9. Put in the blood sausage and salt

10. Use soy sauce, sesame oil and minced garlic to make garlic sauce

Tips:

This dish is more delicious with garlic sauce and can be simmered for a while.
