I really like the shape of the pig glutinous rice balls. I always want to make it myself. It just happened that I didn’t make it early this morning, and I made a few glutinous rice balls. It was simple, delicious, and pretty. All day is in a good mood.

Ingredients

Piggy Bean Paste Gnocchi

1. Add hot water to the glutinous rice flour and mix well

2. Knead into a soft and delicate dough

3. Add a small portion of the red yeast rice powder and knead it into a red dough

4. Pull off a piece of dough from the white dough, knead it round and flatten it thinly.

5. Add the red bean paste

6. Pinch it up and rub it in the palm of your hand.

7. Use red dough to make ears and nose. Dip some water on the glutinous rice balls and put black sesame seeds on the eyes.

8. Press the sesame seeds deeply with a bamboo stick to press out the hole in the nose.

9. Done all

10. After the water has boiled, put in the dumplings and cook for a few minutes until the dumplings float.

Tips:

Use hot water when mixing the noodles, the noodles are easy to knead. If you do too much, cover with plastic wrap to prevent cracking.
