Pineapple Chicken Nuggets

Wash the chicken nuggets and blanch them in water

Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces. Soak in light salt water for later use

Put oil in the pot. Fry the chicken nuggets in the pan until golden brown on both sides.

Golden brown on both sides, add ginger and stir fry star anise.

Add light soy sauce cooking wine and oyster sauce in turn. Salt, add an appropriate amount of boiling water.

Simmer for about 5 minutes

Add pineapple and simmer for another two minutes. Collect the juice and get out of the pot.
