Pineapple Fried Rice

1 bowl of 2 rice (rice, millet), 2 slices of pineapple, 2 eggs, 1 small bowl of corn kernels, peas and carrots.

Cut the pineapple into small pieces and soak in cold water with a little salt (not in raw water for bacteria).

Pea kernels, corn kernels, and carrot kernels are cooked in water.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the rice and beat with an egg.

Grasp evenly with your hands.

Beat the other egg.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Heat a pan with a spoonful of olive oil to loosen the eggs.

Add pea kernels, corn kernels and carrot kernels and stir fry until cooked.

Add the mixed rice and stir fry.

Finally add pineapple chunks and stir fry evenly.
