Pineapple Fried Rice
1.
Cut 1/3 of the upper part of the pineapple.
2.
Use a knife to mark out the pieces, and then slowly get them out. This process is relatively slow the first time, and the pineapple diced is not required to be very smooth. If you have other methods, you can also use your method to do it.
3.
Soak the diced pineapple in brine.
4.
The pineapple cannot be cut completely, so you can slowly scrape it out with a small spoon at the end, just don't scratch the pineapple.
5.
Wash two eggs and green garlic sprouts.
6.
Finely chop green onions and mince garlic.
7.
Beat the eggs and fry them in a frying pan.
8.
Boil frozen vegetables in a pot of cold water. They must be boiled and cooked, otherwise they will not taste good when they are put in rice.
9.
Heat oil in a pot, add green garlic sprouts and stir-fry for a while, then add rice, vegetables, eggs and chopped green onion.
10.
Pour the diced pineapple, add salt and less soy sauce.
11.
Fry them all.
12.
Just put the rice in a pineapple bowl. It's ready to eat.
Tips:
When cutting the pineapple meat, be careful not to cut the skin. You can use your favorite method, as long as you get the pineapple meat out. The rice is best refrigerated overnight to make fried rice.
