Pineapple Fried Rice

Diced carrots, corn kernels, peas kernels, boiled and blanched for later use

Clean the pineapple and cut it in half. Use a knife to dig out the meat and cut into 1cm-sized cubes.

Dip the diced pineapple in salt water

Pour olive oil into the pot, when it is 60% hot, pour in diced sausage and stir fry until cooked

Add corn kernels, carrots and asparagus, stir fry evenly
6.
Add rice and stir-fry, then add diced pineapple
7.
Add salt to taste and serve

Put the fried pineapple rice into a pineapple bowl
