Pineapple Fried Rice

Cut a third of the pineapple (use a knife to make a few cuts on the pineapple, insert it with a spoon, and scoop it up)

Soak the diced pineapple in light salt water;

Dig the pineapple clean. To prevent the pineapple from getting any water, you can put it in the oven and bake it for a few minutes;

Dice all kinds of materials, peel the corn out of the corn kernels, beat the eggs and fry them to serve;

Add oil to the pan again, and fry the side dishes. Carrots and green beans are hard to cook in the pan and fry for a while. Finally, add corn, cucumber and ham, stir-fry and serve.

Put the rice in the pan, fry until the particles are loose and clear, pour the fried ingredients back into the rice, add light soy sauce and a little salt;

Add pineapple and stir well;
8.
Serve with roasted pineapple bowl.
Tips:
For side dishes, you can mix them according to your own taste~~
