Pineapple Fried Rice

Cut the pineapple into one third. (The pineapple should be ripe, not too sour) Use a knife to make a few cuts on the pineapple as shown in the picture. Use a spoon to insert and scoop up.

Soak the diced pineapple in light salt water.

Dig the pineapple clean. To prevent the pineapple from getting any water, you can put it in the oven and bake it for a few minutes.

All kinds of materials are diced, and the corn is peeled out of corn kernels. The scallop meat sucks clean water and fry. Beat the eggs and fry them out.

Add oil to the pan again, and fry the side dishes. Carrots and green beans are hard-to-cook ingredients and fry for a while. Finally, add corn, cucumber and ham, stir-fry and serve.

Put the rice in the pan and fry until the grains are loose. Pour the fried ingredients back into the rice, add fish sauce, light soy sauce and a little salt.

Add pineapple and stir well and serve.
