Pineapple Jam

Peel the pineapple and wash it well

Cut into small pieces

Put it in a basin and add appropriate amount of water and salt to soak for 20 minutes

Take one third of the pineapple, drain off the water, cut into cubes, add an appropriate amount of sugar, mix well and marinate for 1 hour

The remaining two-thirds of the pineapple is put into the food processor and mashed

Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar granules and cook until the consistency you like, then turn off the heat

Then add 5 grams of gelatine powder and mix well

After cooling, put it into a small bottle and store in the refrigerator
Tips:
1. It is best to ask the store to help peel the pineapple, it is more troublesome to peel it by yourself;
2. The bought pineapple can be cut into large pieces or cut into small pieces and marinated in brine;
3. Choose the amount of sugar. If you like dessert, add more sugar. The more sugar, the longer the shelf life;
4. This pineapple sauce does not contain any preservatives, please try to finish it within ten days;
5. The bottle used to fill the sauce is best sterilized at high temperature, and it is guaranteed to be oil-free and water-free when filling.
