Pineapple Jam Bread

Add all the raw materials except the whole egg liquid and pineapple jam into the bread bucket in sequence according to the principle of liquid first, then solid.

Start the bread maker for 25 minutes to make dough. My bread maker’s dough-making program is so long. After the program ends, it can reach the expansion stage.

Then start the fermentation function of the bread machine for 40 minutes,

After kneading the fermented dough, divide it into 12 parts, round and relax for 5 minutes.

After everything is done, put it into a non-stick bakeware,

40 minutes after the second serving, brush the whole egg liquid on the surface of the bread dough,

Put it into the preheated oven, middle level, 175 degrees, up and down, bake for 18 minutes.
Tips:
Homemade pineapple jam has a large moisture content. When making bread as a filling, do not put too much, otherwise the bread will easily crack after baking.
