Pineapple Rice
1.
Cut the ham, shrimp, and pineapple into cubes, and chop the cabbage into small pieces.
2.
Prepare a bowl of rice and two eggs.
3.
Boil the peas in boiling water. After the water is boiled, rinse with cold water and set aside.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, beat the eggs directly into the pan, stir-fry and serve.
5.
Continue to pour the oil, add the ham cubes, shrimp cubes, and cabbage, and stir fry in the pot.
6.
After frying the aroma, add pineapple cubes.
7.
Put the rice in.
8.
Add the scrambled eggs and peas, stir fry all the ingredients together, add salt to taste, and you can get out of the pan.
Tips:
1. Peeling the pineapple by yourself is a waste. Try to peel it slowly with a knife to ensure that no fruit is wasted.
2. If you don't like to eat egg whites, you can break up the eggs.
3. The whole process needs to be heated, and the fried rice is only fragrant.
4. If you like to put soy sauce in it, you can put it in an appropriate amount but reduce the intake of salt.
