Pineapple Sauce

The pineapple is first bubbled with salt water

Shred it with a blender (forgot to take pictures)

Put the rock sugar to boil, first bring it to a boil (the amount of sugar is according to your taste)

Skim the scum and evaporate the water. When the water is almost evaporated, keep stirring and be careful of the bottom of the paste.

Squeeze the lemon juice in, pour the starch into the water to make the pineapple paste thicker.

Tips:
All containers and tools should be free from oil. When cooking, be careful not to let the spilled juice get hot. The finished product should be eaten as soon as possible.
