Pippi Shrimp

Wash the pipi shrimp, pour the cooking wine, add ginger slices, and marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Pour oil in the pot, add Pippi prawns and fry until golden, remove and set aside.

Add oil, add green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant, pour in the previously fried pipi shrimp, sprinkle appropriate amount of salt and pepper according to personal taste, and put coriander out of the pan.
Tips:
The salt and pepper is saltier, so you don’t need to add additional salt
