Pitaya Soy Milk-pink Girl's Heart Soy Milk

Wash the soybeans and soak them overnight in cold water outside of the recipe. You can also soak a few hours in advance if you don't have time.

Pour out the soaking water, add the formula water, and break it with a food processor.

Pour into a small pot, add sugar and bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.

If using fresh dragon fruit, pour out the soy milk and dig out the pitaya pulp when it is allowed to cool and mash it for later use.

After cooling slightly, add fresh dragon fruit juice or jam and stir well. You can add your favorites such as oatmeal and nuts.
