Dry red wine ready

Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water to soften them. If they are soaked in cold water, they can be put in the refrigerator for a short time to remove the fishy smell. If you don't mind the slight fishy smell, the step of putting in the refrigerator can be omitted.
4.
Put the sugar into the water, boil on medium heat, the sugar will melt
5.
Put the dragon fruit jam on the sieve, then immerse it in the sugar water, stir gently with a small spoon, so that the large pulp and seeds remain on the sieve and discard them.
6.
Put the dragon fruit syrup on the fire again, after boiling, put the soaked gelatine slices in it and stir until it melts
7.
The melted dragon juice is really gorgeous; if it is given to children, this step can be over! Put it directly into the mold, add some diced fruit and freeze for 2 hours, and it will be a beautiful healthy jelly.
8.
Pour in the red wine, mix well, simmer for 2 minutes and turn off the heat
9.
Strain the froth with a sieve, pour the soup into the mold, cool it, cover it, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or keep it fresh overnight at zero
10.
Cut into pieces and serve on a plate; there will be some breakage on the edges when demoulding, carefully cut into pieces and cut the edges into cubes
11.
Looks pretty

Tips:
Strawberry jam can also be used for jam, mainly to increase the brighter color, and can also use whole cherries and strawberries that are dipped in sugar;
Red wine should not be boiled for too long, otherwise it will lose its unique aroma and alcohol;
I used 25 grams of gelatine tablets, which is already a lot and can be reduced to 15 grams.
