Plum Steamed Dumplings

Stir the egg yolk, salt and flour together. If the noodles are hard, add water and knead them to form a dough. The hardness is the same as the daily dumpling noodles. Cover with a damp cloth and wake up for ten minutes, knead the dough again, knead it smoothly and divide it into small pieces

Tips:
