Poached Egg Noodles

Arowana Australian wheat core wheat flour is put into the noodle machine, and 150 grams of water is added to the water tank to make noodles.

The prepared noodles are very chewy. My family likes to eat this thick noodles.

Chop the shallots, leave a little green onion leaves, put the others in a small bowl, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, and pour in the hot oil to make scallion oil.

Boil water in a small pot, turn off the heat when the water is turned on, knock the eggs into the hot water, wait for one to solidify, then knock into the other, wait until the poached eggs are formed, and cook them on a low heat.

Put chopped green onion in a bowl, adjust salt and chopped green onion oil.

Strain the cooked poached egg soup and pour it into a bowl. After the noodles are cooked, put them in the soup, put a few slices of tomatoes, poached eggs, and boiled vegetables on it.
Tips:
Because I use a noodle machine to make noodles, I use less water. Chopped green onion oil is essential.
