When the dough has doubled its original volume, the fermentation is complete. After the fermented dough is taken out, press out the air, divide the dough into 4 parts, knead the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and proof it at room temperature for 15 minutes

Set the oven temperature up and down to 230 degrees, 4 minutes (the baking time is only 3 minutes, set to 4 minutes is to make the internal temperature of the oven more uniform, and also put the baking tray together to preheat) After the oven temperature, the proofed dough will be rolled out with a rolling pin into a round cake

After the oven is preheated, take the hot pan out of the oven, put the rolled dough on the hot pan, and immediately put it in the middle of the oven to start baking (pay attention to wearing heat-resistant gloves and don't burn it)
