Pollock Steak

The Antarctic direct pollock fish is thawed naturally.

Cut the pollock fish into chunks.

Put the pollock fish in a bowl, add honey marinade and ginger slices.

Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Prepare three small bowls, add starch, eggs, bread crumbs, and beat the eggs.

The pollock fillet is first wrapped in a thin layer of starch, then covered with egg liquid, and then wrapped in breadcrumbs.

Finish all the pollock pieces one by one.

Put the pollock fish into the frying basket of the air fryer and brush with a layer of salad oil.
9.
Set the air fryer to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

You can open the frying basket halfway and turn it over until it is golden and crispy.
Tips:
1. You must choose regular channels to buy cod. Do not buy low-priced frozen cod. I use pollock from Antarctica to Alaska.
2. The air fryer is oil-free and air-fried, and it can also fry out the grease in the ingredients, making it healthier without oil.
3. The frying time should be adjusted according to the size and thickness of the cod fillet.
4. It is recommended to serve with your favorite dipping sauce, I use tomato sauce.
