Pomelo-flavored Octopus with Oyster Sauce

Prepare ingredients.

Take a small bowl and pour in oyster sauce.

Stir in light soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, and water and mix them into a sauce for later use.

The hairtail is cleaned, cut into small sections, and marinated in white wine.

Green onion, ginger, garlic and chili.

Sauté the chives, ginger, garlic and chili in oil.

Spray the scent with vinegar, then pour in the spare juice, and then pour in the right amount of water.

Add the octopus to a simmer over medium-low heat.

Tips:
I am used to saute the scallions, ginger, garlic and chili peppers, spray it with vinegar, and then pour in the reserved sauce. You can also pour the sauce directly, because the sauce also contains vinegar.
