Pooh Snowy Mooncakes

Prepare materials.

Put milk, powdered sugar, and corn oil in a bowl and mix well.

Sift in glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, and orange flour. Stir well.

Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes.

Steam on the pot for 20-25 minutes. The bottom area of the pot should be larger. The container should not be too small. If the batter is too thick, it will not be steamed thoroughly.

After steaming, poke open with chopsticks to see if it's cooked through.

Roll it out of the oven with a spatula and knead it by hand for 1 minute (cover with plastic wrap to avoid drying).

Take an appropriate amount of ice skin and add cocoa powder (color powder/pigment/fruit and vegetable powder are all ok).

Adjust the colors you need. Cover with plastic wrap. Avoid drying.
10.
Take 20 grams of ice crust and 30 grams of egg yolk filling.

Pack it up and close your mouth. Roll into a circle.
12.
Take another, 1 gram for each ear and 0.5 gram for each hand, and put it on top.
13.
The facial features are made with cocoa-colored ice skin and glued on it is OK.
Tips:
Be sure to wear disposable gloves when doing styling, otherwise it will stick to your hands.
