Pork and Cabbage Pot Stickers

Wash cabbage and chop finely (note: it tastes better if it has particles)

Add salt, mix well, set aside to let the cabbage out of water.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, ginger, chopped green onion to the meat filling, add 1 egg and stir clockwise.

Squeeze out the water from the cabbage filling and mix well with the pork filling.

Take dumpling wrappers and add some meat.

Knead the top and leave the ends.

Fry the potstickers evenly over medium-low heat until the bottom of the potstickers is golden brown.

Add a small bowl of water, cover and turn to low heat, and fry for 3~5 minutes.

Just collect the moisture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
