Pork Bone Tonic Soup

1. Ingredients are ready: pork bones, Codonopsis, Beiqi, Chinese wolfberry

2. Dangshen, Beiqi, and Chinese wolfberry after water, soak in advance

3. Rinse the pork bones with water repeatedly (wash more times)

4. Boil the washed pork bones under cold water

5. Cooking wine, ginger (to remove the fishy taste),

6. Boil cold water, blanch for a few minutes and remove

7. Rinse with water again

8. Put the washed pork bones into the pressure cooker

9. Add an appropriate amount of water or boiling water

10. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes

11. After cooking, open the lid and add a little salt

12. Bring to a boil again
