Pork Bone with Lotus Seed Scallop in Pot

1. The pork bones are washed and cut into pieces and blanched; the fresh lotus seeds are peeled and washed (if you are afraid of bitterness, you can remove the lotus heart); the scallops are soaked in water and torn into silk.
