Pork Bone with Lotus Seed Scallop in Pot

The pork bones are washed and cut into pieces and blanched; the fresh lotus seeds are peeled and washed (if you are afraid of bitterness, you can remove the lotus heart); the scallops are soaked in water and torn into silk.

Put pork bones, lotus seeds, scallops, and ginger slices in an electric clay pot with 1 liter of water and boil for 2 hours.

Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
