Pork Brain Steamed Egg

Wash the pig’s brain, remove the film, remove the blood, and marinate in the cooking wine for ten minutes to remove the fishy smell.

Beat the eggs and add warm water (1:1).

Marinate the pig's brain for ten minutes, wash it with clean water, drain it, enlarge the bowl, and pour the beaten egg liquid. Let it sit for five minutes.

Boil water from the pot, add the pig brain egg solution after the water is boiled. Steam for 13 minutes and add some soy sauce. After two minutes of steaming, turn off the heat and simmer for three minutes.
Tips:
The pig brain must be washed, carefully and gently.
