Pork Cabbage, Fish and Tofu Soup

Soak the cabbage in water for a while. (Very fresh, no leaves to be removed)

Freshly bought fish and tofu (choose dace is particularly smooth)

Add ginger, chopped green onion, salt, oil and cornstarch to the fish, mix well and marinate for a while.

Clean it up.

After the water in the pot is boiled, add an appropriate amount of oil, then pour the vegetables and cook.
