The next day, prepare all the ingredients, including the Polish seeds and all the ingredients except butter, and knead them in the bread machine for about 20 minutes, then add the butter and knead them until they form a thin film, about 13 minutes.

Divide into three parts, roll round and let stand for about 15 minutes.

Tips:
This recipe is easy to produce film, the recommended water absorption of different flours is different, please reserve about 10 grams of water as appropriate to observe the temperature of each oven, please increase or decrease as appropriate. I used the E43A oven of North American Electric.
