Pork Floss and Rice Balls

Wash the ud and glutinous rice and put them in the rice cooker

Cook with rice cooking function

Boil the mushrooms in boiling water for later use

After the eggs are cooked, cut into thick slices and set aside

Put the cooked rice out and add the pork floss

Mix quickly and evenly when hot

It's easy to stick chopsticks when it's cold

Hold rice ball

Put shiitake mushrooms on top and add a slice of egg,

Finally, put the udon rice balls on top and eat them together
Tips:
Note: The pork floss I used has just the right saltiness, so no salt was added when mixing the rice
