Fubag Umi Rice Dumpling

Umi, put in 300 grams of water, soak for 3 hours.

Wash the corn leaves, add 1000 grams of water to the pot, boil for another 3 minutes.

Pour the boiled corn leaves into a pot and let cool for later use.

After the ume is soaked, remove and drain the excess water.

Pour the ume, corn seeds, and sugar into a pot.

With a spoon, stir evenly to form ume filling.

Tear the longer corn leaves into small strips and use them as ropes.

Put a spoonful of ume filling, in the corn leaves.
9.
Wrap the corn leaves on both sides.
10.
Fold up the wide part of the corn leaf.

Tie small strips of corn leaves tightly to form a blessing bag.
12.
After wrapping the zongzi, put it in the steaming box.
13.
Add enough water to the pot, boil on high heat, steam for 1 hour, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
14.
When time is up, they can be served.
