Put the ingredients into the Bitter Bread Maker in the order of liquid first, then solid, start program 15IMIX, and knead the dough for 20 minutes. After the first kneading program is over, start the IMIX program again. After the two programs, the dough can be pulled out of the film.

Take out the mixing knife, knead the dough and put it into the bread machine, and use the yogurt fermentation program to ferment to double the size.

Take out the dough, knead it slightly, and divide it into 12 equal parts.

Roll out one by one to exhaust, roll up, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a portion of the dough, knead it round and flatten it, put in the floss, wrap it, and close it down.

Put the bread dough into a large six-connected non-stick cup cake mold.

Spray a little water on the surface, put it in the oven, start the fermentation process, ferment for 30-40 minutes, take it out, brush the surface with a layer of whole egg liquid, and put almond slices on the surface.

After preheating, the Kepu TO5438 is put into the middle layer, heated to 200 degrees and lowered to 180 degrees, and baked for 15 minutes. After the surface is colored, it is covered with tin foil.
