Pork Floss Mixed Grain Rice Ball

A bowl of miscellaneous rice. (Boiled big yellow rice, millet and japonica rice)

Dice all vegetables and ham.

Put the bottom oil in the pan, add the onion and stir fry.

Add the diced carrots after the onion is fragrant.

Then add diced colored peppers and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, put the beaten rice and diced ham into the pot and stir fry quickly. Add a pinch of salt and light soy sauce.

Wear disposable gloves, spread the rice in the palm of your hand, put the meat floss in the middle, and cover with a layer of rice. Use a little bit of force to roll the rice into a ball in the palms of your hands. The top is dotted with pork floss and seaweed.
Tips:
1. Use a little bit of strength when pinching the rice ball to make it rounder.
2. The rice is freshly cooked at the end, so that it has a high viscosity and is easier to handle.
