Pork Jelly Full of Collagen

Prepare pigskin and clean it

Make boiling water in the pot, and after the water is boiled, add the pigskin. Cook for about 10 minutes

Take out the pigskin and use a knife to scrape the fat on the surface of the pigskin. Be sure to scrape it off. Go to pig hair.

Put the pigskin in the pot and add about 4 times the amount of water. Add green onion and ginger. Bring the fire to a boil, simmer it slowly, about 1.5 hours.

Cut into slices, prepare minced garlic soy sauce, sprinkle on the skin jelly, and serve as a garnish.
Tips:
When shaving pig hair, it is best to use a blade. If it feels a bit tender the first time, you can continue to heat it for a while and let it cool.
